Sponsorships

We are seeking sponsorships from businesses to acquire funds in addition to ticket sales in order to:

  1. Cover additional expenses to improve the quality of the reunion event (i.e., more money = better food).

  2. Help cover reunion ticket costs for classmates that may need financial assistance.

  3. Give a gift/donation to Mesa High School on behalf of the entire Class of 2003.

If you own or represent a business, please review the sponsorship levels below, and consider becoming a sponsor of the MHS Class of 2003 20-Year Reunion.

Bronze Sponsorship Level

Bronze Sponsorship

$500

Includes:

  1. Website Ad - Your logo/link added to the “Sponsors” page. The top 2 or 3 sponsors will also appear on the bottom of the home page. Company name and link will also appear on the ticketing/donations website.

Silver Sponsorship

$1000

Includes:

  1. Everything from the Bronze Sponsorship.

  2. Emcee Recognition - The emcee will thank your business during the reunion program from the stage.

  3. TV Slideshow Ad - You can provide a single slide advertisement to be shown in the rotating slideshow on the TVs at the reunion venue.

Silver Sponsorship Level
Gold Level Sponsorship

Gold Sponsorship

$1500

Includes:

  1. Everything from the Silver Sponsorship.

  2. Mailing List Ad - Your logo/link added to 1 or more outbound emails to the reunion mailing list (200+ people) in the months and days leading up to the reunion event.

  3. Signage Ad - You may provide a freestanding sign to advertise your business at the reunion event. The reunion committee will handle the placement of your sign in a good location at the event.

Q. Can I sponsor anonymously?

A. Of course, but we’d love to recognize you, if you are willing.

Q. Can I donate items and/or services that are related to or are promoting my business to the silent auction and/or reunion raffle?

A. Yes. Originally we were asking for a monetary fee for “sponsored items”, but we have lifted that restriction. We just ask that the donations be something that
